3. Pricing and Payment

Our services are provided on a pay-per-lead basis, with pricing ranging from $40 to $60 per qualified lead depending on the advertising channel and targeting criteria. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

4. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads provided meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria. If a lead does not meet the specified requirements, we will provide a replacement lead or issue a refund at our discretion.

5. Data Privacy and Compliance

All lead generation activities are conducted in compliance with applicable privacy laws and platform terms of service. We do not collect or use personal data in violation of privacy regulations.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

ionflare's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific leads in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Service Availability

While we strive for continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Maintenance and updates may temporarily affect service availability.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due, and access to our platform will be discontinued.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
